Lead a high-performing manufacturing site We are currently partnering with a well-established Western Australian food manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their South West facility.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can bring together people, production, safety and operational performance while driving continuous improvement across the site.
The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will take overall responsibility for the effective operation of the site, ensuring production targets, safety standards, quality requirements and commercial objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop site teams across production, maintenance and operational functions
- Drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily production and operational performance
- Manage labour, resources and site costs effectively
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and overall site performance
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a Site Manager, Site Lead, Operations Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing production and operational KPIs
- A strong understanding of WHS, quality and compliance
- A hands-on, commercially minded approach to operations
- The ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
