Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The project includes demolition, new building construction, amenities fit-out, structural steel, refurbishment works, services upgrades and civil infrastructure. You will also support commissioning, handover and defects close-out within a controlled operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Monitor programme, labour, materials and site logistics.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety and quality requirements.
- Identify construction risks and proactively resolve site issues.
- Maintain site records, inspections and progress reports.
- Liaise with the Project Manager and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
- Support practical completion, commissioning and handover.
- 6–8 years’ experience in commercial construction.
- Relevant trade qualification, tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven site supervision and subcontractor management experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety, quality and programme management.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management systems.
- Six-month project opportunity in regional WA.

Candidates must be able to work in Kalgoorlie for the duration of the project and meet applicable site access and Defence security requirements, including police checks and a Defence Common Access Card where required.
