Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve programme milestones
- Drive safety, quality and productivity across the project
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Mentor and lead site staff while fostering a positive team culture
- Proven experience delivering commercial, education or industrial projects as a Site Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of construction methodology and programming
- Commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
