Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
- Maintain site safety and efficient workflow
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard
- Communicate project progress with internal teams
- Proven experience supervising high-end custom residential construction, including multi-million-dollar projects is a must
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a can-do approach
