The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Deliver projects valued up to $20 million, ensuring programme, quality and budget requirements are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Maintain high standards of site safety, quality control and compliance.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues.
- Work closely with Project Managers, consultants and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage site programming, sequencing and construction methodology.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction, ideally with a tier 1 or 2 background.
- Strong background in commercial fit-outs and refurbishments is essential.
- Experience delivering projects from commencement through to completion.
- Strong subcontractor coordination and site leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and programme management.
