The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day site activities from start to completion
- Coordinating all subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Maintaining a strong focus on OH&S and site compliance
- Monitoring quality control and ensuring workmanship standards
- Liaising with consultants, engineers and stakeholders
- Managing site documentation, reporting and site diary
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, particularly steel structures and large-scale slabs
- Ability to manage programme, trades and site logistics effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Trade background or relevant construction qualifications
- White Card (essential), additional safety qualifications highly regarded
