Site Manager/General Foreman
An established and highly respected Queensland developer builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager or General Foreman to join the team on a major multi-residential development in Hervey Bay.
With a strong reputation built over decades, they deliver high-quality projects across the luxury multi-residential and mixed-use sectors. They are continuing to secure a strong pipeline of work throughout Queensland and looking to expand their team.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Driving project programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance
- Conducting site meetings and coordinating project logistics
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring construction meets design specifications
- Managing site documentation, inspections and reporting requirements
- Working closely with the project delivery team to proactively resolve issues
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman on multi-residential, commercial or large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and site management
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety practices
- Relevant construction qualifications and current site certifications
