We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead a commercial workplace fit-out project based in Armidale. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades onsite
- Ensure site safety and compliance with WHS standards
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety audits
- Communicate with project managers, architects, and clients as needed
- Maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries and progress reports
- Monitor quality control and manage defect rectification
- Assist in solving site issues promptly and effectively
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior construction processes and finishes
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong commitment to site safety and compliance
- White Card & relevant trade qualifications or construction management background
- First Aid (preferred)
- Current Driver’s Licence
