The Opportunity
As they move into delivery on a landmark $30M luxury apartment project in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, they’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team. This is a key leadership role, suited to someone who thrives on running tight, well-organised construction sites and takes pride in building a high-spec product.
You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of the build, from groundworks through to finishes, working closely with a tight-knit development and project management team that values clear communication and attention to detail.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries and program milestones
- Maintain high safety standards and enforce HSEQ compliance on site
- Drive program and productivity while maintaining build quality
- Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams
- Provide regular reporting and progress updates to the delivery lead
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential or apartment projects as a Site Manager
- Strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination and program control
- Excellent attention to detail, especially around finishes and presentation
- Able to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction
- Up to $200,000 + Super depending on experience
- Lead role on a flagship luxury apartment development in a premium location
