We’re working with a well-established commercial fit out company delivering high-quality office work spaces across Sydney. They’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager
to take the reins on a variety of fast-paced, design-driven fit out projects right in the heart of the CBD.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running day-to-day site operations from start to finish
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship
- Coordinating with the project manager and client-side stakeholders
- Keeping everything on track with OH&S compliance, programs, and deadlines
- Problem-solving on site with a proactive and practical approach
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
- Previous experience delivering high end office workplace fit out projects
- Solid understanding of the Sydney construction market and trades
- Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships on site
- White Card and relevant tickets (e.g. First Aid, Working at Heights)
- A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes
