We're seeking an experienced Site Manager
to join a highly respected commercial builder for an 8-12 week contract
based in Melbourne.
This is an immediate start
opportunity offering $70 per hour + super.

About the Role:
As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and client team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and quality procedures
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report to the Project Manager
- Maintain site records, inductions, and safety documentation
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor management
- Current construction white card and relevant site safety credentials
- Available to start immediately and commit for 8-12 weeks
- $70 per hour + super
