Site Manager required to join a reputable Fitout Contractor specialising in aged care, retirement living and commercial construction projects across NSW.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a key project, leading all on-site operations while ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget delivery.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Managing all on-site construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plant
• Overseeing program, budget, quality and safety performance
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and stakeholders, particularly in live facilities
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and site risk management
• Driving efficient site operations and mentoring the site team
To be considered for the position you will require:
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Leading Hand.
• Proven experience on aged care, refurbishment or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building or Engineering
