Site Manager

Design & Build  are seeking a  Site Manager with a carpentry background  to join a well regarded residential builder known for delivering exceptional architecturally designed homes. With a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, this builder has earned the trust of clients and architects alike - resulting in a solid pipeline of upcoming bespoke projects.

As a Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your site and will be reporting to the senior management team in the business. You’ll be managing the on site team, while also staying involved on the tools when needed. Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing all aspects of daily site operations
• Coordinating with trades and suppliers
• Working alongside the team on carpentry tasks 
• Ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met
• Representing the company professionally with clients and architects

• Qualified Carpenter with strong experience in architecturally designed residential builds
• Confident managing trades while still happy to be hands-on
