We are seeking an experienced Site Manager
to oversee the delivery of a remediation and car park redevelopment project within a busy shopping centre environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, safety-focused professional to take ownership of a technically challenging and high-profile scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders.
- Manage remediation, civil, and car park construction works, ensuring minimal disruption to shopping centre operations.
- Maintain strict compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards and environmental management requirements.
- Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and contribute to project planning and sequencing.
- Build positive relationships with the client, consultants, and centre management.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out, infrastructure, or remediation projects.
- Strong background working in live environments such as retail centres, hospitals, or commercial precincts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Solid understanding of Australian construction regulations, standards, and WHS practices.
- Current White Card and First Aid Certificate essential; Cert IV / Diploma in Building & Construction or equivalent preferred
