With a solid pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee bespoke homes up to $5M in the Eastern Suburbs.

You will take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and delivery across luxury residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onsite trades, subcontractors and project timelines
- Ensure all works meet strict quality, safety and compliance standards
- Coordinate materials, suppliers and scheduling
- Report to the Project Manager on progress and key milestones
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects and consultants
- Drive best practice and uphold the company’s high-quality reputation
- Proven experience running residential projects up to $5M
- Carpentry background essential
- Strong communication, leadership and planning skills
- High attention to detail and a passion for luxury residential construction
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities on site
