A reputable commercial builder is seeking an enthusiastic mid-level Site Manager to join their team on a premium four-floor commercial fitout project valued at $10M all-in. This is a full internal fitout of an unoccupied building, delivering a high-end finish from start to completion.
Working alongside an experienced Senior Site Manager, this role offers the chance to take ownership of day-to-day site operations and contribute to the delivery of a landmark-quality fitout project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met
- Coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant site
- Work some Saturdays as required to meet key milestones
About You:
- Proven experience in commercial or fitout Site Management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with procurement highly regarded
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of leading trades and driving outcomes

- Rate:$70 per hour + super
- Hours: 45 per week (very occasional Saturdays)
