About You:
Having first hand experience delivering civil siteworks on subdivisions, the right individual will be someone that takes satisfaction in the work being delivered, strive for improvement, and someone eager to always learn. Leadership will come naturally to you, as you aim to foster a collaborative worksite, whilst ensuring project requirements and timelines are met, whilst maintaining client relationships.
The Role:
With work throughout Perth's Northern & Southern Suburbs, the successful individual will be provided a company vehicle, travelling to these sites to ensure quality and safety alike are delivered.
Skills & Experience to be successful:
- Proven recent experience of site based leadership or supervision in civil construction.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent understanding of WA standards for subdivision works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
- A solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance (WHS)
- Proficiency in site based reporting regulations and documentation.
