You will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to project completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on-site
- Ensure works are delivered in line with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS and site compliance
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and key stakeholders
- Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress updates
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays and disruptions
- Ensure smooth project delivery within occupied offices, healthcare facilities, and other live environments
- Coordinate works to minimise disruption to ongoing business or clinical operations
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering office fit-out, medical fit-out, healthcare, or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination, and subcontractor management
- Experience working within occupied buildings and live environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive programme outcomes while maintaining high HSEQ standards
- Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements and infection control practices is advantageous
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred
- Valid White Card and relevant site certifications
