Working closely with the project team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality and safety standards
- Oversee refurbishment works within an operational aged care environment
- Maintain strong communication with the project manager, client and stakeholders
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety management
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve any site issues
- Ensure compliance with all WHS and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out and refurbishment projects
- Experience working in live environments(aged care, healthcare, hospitality or similar highly regarded)
- Strong ability to coordinate trades and maintain programme in fast-paced projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid White Card and up-to-date safety certifications
