We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $13M architecturally designed luxury residence on Sydney’s North Shore. This is a unique opportunity to run a high-end project working closely with a leading architect and an experienced project team.
The Project
- $13M luxury private residence
- Architecturally designed home
- Complex build including significant concrete works and high-end finishes
- Located in Sydney’s North Shore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure works are delivered in line with program and quality standards
- Work closely with the architect, consultants, and project team
- Oversee structural and concrete packages
- Maintain strong site safety and organisation
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on larger residential projects or luxury homes
- Strong experience with concrete structures
- Ability to manage complex architecturally designed builds
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Trade background preferred
- Work on a prestige $13M architecturally designed home
