Design & Build are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a $4M new build food franchise project located west of Brisbane CBD.
The civil works have already been completed, and the project is ready to move straight into the construction phase. This is a 3+ month contract
with a competitive hourly rate
and immediate interviews/start available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations from build stage through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site
• Ensure project timelines, safety, and quality standards are maintained
• Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates
• Maintain compliance with WHS and site procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage site programs
• Strong understanding of WHS compliance and site safety
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
