This project consists of 2 basement levels and 7 levels above ground, so we are specifically seeking a Site Manager who has successfully delivered similar multi-level apartment projects.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all site operations from structure through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
- Managing safety, quality and compliance across the site
- Working closely with the Project Manager and CA team
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
- Leading site meetings and ensuring clear communication across the project team
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering multi-level apartment projects
- Experience managing basement structures and multi-storey builds
- A strong understanding of construction programming and sequencing
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- A strong focus on safety, quality and project delivery
- Stability & longevity in previous roles with reputable builders
- Well-supported team including Project Manager, CA and Foreman
- Builder with a secured pipeline of work
