The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You will be working on a range of medical fit-outs including clinics, specialist suites, and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities from start to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site safety
- Monitor programme and drive project timelines
- Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Ensure quality control across all stages of the build
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Previous experience delivering medical or healthcare projects is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of services coordination and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades in live or sensitive environments
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications
