The Role
You will be responsible for the day to day site operations of a $10m project located south of the river (SOR). Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee Supervisors/Foremen, manage subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and program delivery are maintained.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
- Experience working with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder (highly regarded)
- Proven experience delivering tilt panel construction projects
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and meet project deadlines
- Solid understanding of site safety and quality control
- $140k – $180k + Super + $10k Vehicle Allowance (DOE)
- Strong pipeline of secured work – hit the ground running
