We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the Blue Mountains region. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead projects in a dynamic environment while working with a team committed to excellence.
This is a contract position based in the Blue Mountains. Some accommodation and/or travel expenses may be offered.
About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company procedures
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, report to management, and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager in hospitality or commercial fit-out projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to travel to project sites across the Blue Mountains region
