The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of boutique residential projects, overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all on-site construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plant
- Driving program, cost, quality and safety outcomes across the project lifecycle
- Coordinating trades, consultants and site logistics on constrained, high-end sites
- Ensuring full compliance with WHS, site safety and risk management requirements
- Leading and mentoring site teams, subcontractors and junior staff
- Maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Overseeing high-quality finishes and defect management on premium projects
- 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman delivering boutique residential or high-end apartment projects
- Proven experience across structure, fit-out, basements, high-end finishes and defect management
- Strong understanding of buildability, sequencing and logistics on complex or constrained sites
- Ability to deliver high-quality projects with a strong attention to detail
- Ambitious, Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Construction-related qualification or trade background (both considered)
- Salary: $180k–$220k + Super DOE
- Strong pipeline of boutique residential and waterfront projects across Sydney
