The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing a live site currently in the fit out phase (sheeting & first fix), ensuring works continue to run smoothly, safely, and to programme.
- 4-week contract throughout May
- 2 weeks running the site independently
- 2 weeks structured handover (1 week at the start + 1 week at the end)
- High-spec, detail-driven penthouse project
- Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
- Driving programme and ensuring milestones are met
- Managing subcontractors across fitout and first fix stages
- Maintaining high-quality finishes in a premium environment
- Ensuring OH&S compliance and site safety standards
- Liaising with project team and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial high-end fit outs
- Strong understanding of internal fitout, sheeting, and first fix stages
- Ability to step into a live job and quickly get up to speed
- Confident running a site autonomously
- Strong & competent in the use of Procure
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Short-term contract with a reputable builder
- Up to $80 per hour (PTY up to $90 + GST)
