Site Manager
I am looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join my client on the Sunshine Coast. They are well established commercial construction company delivering high-quality commercial, education and social housing projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines and drive programme outcomes
- Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed records
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
- Strong background in education and/or social housing projects highly regarded
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and safety requirements
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (or equivalent)
