St George Area | Up to $140K + Super
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join a well-established custom home builder delivering architecturally designed residential projects across the St George region.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a high-end custom home build (up to $4M), working closely with directors, architects, and clients to deliver a premium product.
The Role
- Manage projects from groundworks through to completion
- Coordinate and supervise all trades on site
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Oversee site safety, compliance, and quality control
About You
- Proven experience running custom residential builds from start to finish
- Background in architectural / high-end homes (essential)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
