Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
- Develop and implement construction schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
- Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
- Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in Brisbane.
- Delivered projects $50M to $100M.
- Excellent leadership.
- QBCC supervisor's licence
- First Aid & CPR
- Up to $280K salary package
