The builder has a strong reputation across commercial high rise and luxury apartment projects and is currently assembling the full project delivery team.
The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of the project from early works through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site deliveries
- Working closely with the Project Manager to drive the construction programme
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Leading and mentoring site staff and junior team members
- Ensuring high standards of OH&S compliance across the site
- Overseeing daily site activities and reporting directly to the Construction Manager
- Driving quality, programme, and productivity outcomes on site
- A Construction Management, Building, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience delivering apartment or high-rise new build projects
- Strong Design & Construct (D&C) project experience
- Sound knowledge of OH&S requirements and site compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines
- Experience using commercial construction software, including Microsoft Project
