Our client specialises in delivering high-end single dwelling and apartment projects valued up to $10m. With multiple projects already underway and a strong pipeline of upcoming work secured, they are now looking for someone to join the team and take ownership on an active site.

As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all on-site activities
- Overseeing the construction of high end residential apartments and single dwellings (with basements)
- Working closely with the Project Manager who handles the overall program
- Keeping the build on track, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Leading a team and coordinating trusted subcontractors
- Utilizing various construction systems on a daily basis
- Proven experience delivering multiple high-end residential projects valued $6m+
- Experience on high-end apartment projects, including basements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead an internal team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Strong time management and leadership ability
