The Role
Reporting to the Senior Leadership team you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of townhouse construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from site establishment through to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Drive construction programmes and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and manage defect rectification.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering townhouse or medium-density residential developments.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methodologies and sequencing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Strong focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Relevant construction qualifications and current site certifications.
