Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high-quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
- Drive programme and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Maintain site safety, quality and compliance standards
- Conduct site meetings and manage stakeholder relationships
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out, refurbishment or hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management practices
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- White Card and relevant site management qualifications
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
