Design & Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a 6-month contract delivering a hotel services and fire upgrade project in Western Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor on a live hotel project, overseeing critical services and fire compliance works while ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site trades.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
  • Oversee services and fire upgrade packages.
  • Liaise with the client, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain site documentation, inductions and daily reporting.
  • Manage works within a live operating hotel environment.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out, refurbishment or services upgrade projects.
  • Previous experience delivering fire upgrades and/or building services projects.
  • Experience working in live environments, ideally hotels, hospitality, healthcare or occupied commercial buildings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Current White Card.
  • First Aid and relevant site tickets (preferred).
  • Ability to commence immediately or at short notice.
