The Project
- $60M residential high-rise development
- Multi-storey apartment project in Perth
- Currently progressing through the main construction phase

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within quality standards, and to the highest level of workmanship.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily site activities and coordinating subcontractors
- Driving safety, quality assurance, and programme outcomes
- Overseeing trade sequencing, site logistics, and compliance
- Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives
- Leading site teams to achieve a high-quality project handover
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering multi-storey residential or commercial projects
- Previous experience on projects valued at $50M+
- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of WA building regulations, construction methodology, and safety requirements
