Their focus is on delivering high-end, architecturally designed homes with a strong pipeline of work across Melbourne’s premium suburbs. Due to an upcoming project requirement, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager on a 12–18 month long project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a respected builder and take ownership of a significant high-end residential project. You’ll be joining a close-knit team where quality, attention to detail and professionalism are highly valued.

  • Managing site safety, quality assurance, programme and day-to-day construction activities
  • Coordinating closely with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors
  • Maintaining accurate site documentation, reporting and compliance
  • Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively
  • Ensuring a high level of finish and attention to detail throughout the build
The ideal candidate:
  • Carpentry background with proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential projects
  • Strong experience managing architecturally designed homes, ideally including complex builds and basements
  • Experience delivering projects valued at $5m+
  • Strong technical construction knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions
  • Excellent leadership, organisation and time management skills
  • Confident managing subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of site safety, quality and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Comfortable committing to a 12–18 month contract
