Design & Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client, a well-established residential builder, to secure an experienced Site Manager for a 23-townhouse development in Caboolture.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the project from civil works through to completion, working closely with trades, subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team to ensure the development is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
THE ROLE
- Manage the 23-townhouse project from civils through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Manage project programming, sequencing and daily site operations.
- Monitor quality, safety, costs and construction progress.
- Coordinate inspections, consultants, engineers and relevant authorities.
- Manage defects and ensure a high-quality handover.
- Utilise Procore for project management, documentation and communication.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor across residential construction.
- Experience delivering townhouse or multi-residential projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction from civil works through to completion.
- Current QBCC licence is essential.
- Proficient in Procore.
- Strong subcontractor management and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently manage the day-to-day running of a large residential site.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, programme and delivery.
