Site Manager

Design & Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 5-month contract on a medical construction project in Central Rockhampton.

The Role:

• 5-month contract
• Central Rockhampton location
• Medical construction project valued at approximately $800k
• Manage the project from commencement through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Manage programme, QA and site safety
• Liaise with the client, consultants and project team
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor
• Commercial construction experience
• Medical, health or live-environment experience highly regarded
• Strong subcontractor and programme management skills
• Ability to manage a project independently from start to finish
• Strong communication and leadership skills
