Due to their continued success, there is an opportunity to join the team as a Site Manager. You will join a team pf Site Managers delivering a residential housing estate made up of a mix of townhouses and single dwellings. Once the project is complete, there will be ongoing work within the North-West region.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a large housing estate jobsite of townhouses and single dwellings (between 20 - 25 dwellings per Site Manager)
- Managing the project from civil groundworks through to completion/handover
- Coordinating, programming and scheduling jobs, trades and materials across multiple dwelling types
- Overseeing site staff and liaising with internal office staff (Estimators, Drafters, etc.)
- Solving design and construction issues that arise on site
- Reporting on programme, costing, WHS and more
- Experience with newly built townhouses and/or single dwellings within a housing estate
- Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on site
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with both internal employees and external suppliers and stakeholders
- A driver's licence and white card
- Computer literacy essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Monday to Friday on a single job site
