Site Manager
I have partner with an established Tier 2 commercial builder, who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a landmark project on the Gold Coast. This is a high-profile project, working with a company who have a strong pipeline of projects, offering long-term stability and career progression.
You will be working for a national builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors.
Known for their collaborative approach and consistent project delivery, they have built a solid presence across key markets, underpinned by repeat clients and a robust pipeline of work.
You’ll take full ownership of site operations, driving programme, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance across a complex, 30 storey build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities from structure through to finishes
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site teams to meet programme milestones
- Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure full compliance
- Maintain high quality standards and oversee defect management
- Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve programme and cost objectives
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale high rise developments, 20 storey+
- Strong structures and finishes experience on projects $50M+
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage tight programmes in a live or constrained environment
- Stable employment history with reputable builders
