An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading custom home builder known for delivering architecturally designed homes of distinction across Perth. With projects ranging from $2M to $8M, this builder has built a reputation for exceptional detail, timeless design, and uncompromising quality.
About the Role:
You’ll be the key site presence on some of Perth’s most prestigious residential builds. Working closely with designers, trades, and clients, you’ll be responsible for delivering complex and unique homes on time and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing 4-6 high-end residential builds from site start through to handover worth in excess of $25m
- Coordinating trades and suppliers and ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations
- Monitoring program timelines and quality standards
- Working closely with the project team including construction managers and architects
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the build
- Proven experience managing custom home builds valued over $3M
- Strong knowledge of building practices and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Professional and calm approach with excellent communication skills
- A passion for quality and pride in workmanship
- Relevant trade background or building qualifications preferred
- $120k - $150k + Super + Package
