The Role
You will take full ownership of site operations across smaller warehouse developments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end site operations from groundworks through to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site
- Driving construction programmes and short-term schedules
- Maintaining a strong safety culture and OH&S compliance
- Overseeing quality control and finishing standards
- Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Managing site documentation, reporting and daily diaries
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on commercial, industrial/warehouse, high-end residential or similar projects
- Experience delivering smaller-scale builds ($1M–$5M range highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of steel structures, slabs and services coordination
- Ability to run a site autonomously and keep projects on programme
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification
