An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering high-end commercial fitout and complex refurbishment projects across hospitality, licensed venues, and community facilities throughout Sydney and NSW.
You will deliver projects up to $20M within a business that has a strong pipeline of repeat work and is continuing to grow its presence in the region.
Role:
• Day-to-day management of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across hospitality venues, clubs, and community-focused developments valued up to $40M.
• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high-quality finish.
• Driving programme, sequencing, and site logistics on complex, live, and staged environments.
• Working closely with Project Managers, consultants, and clients to deliver projects with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to operations.
• Managing site compliance, WHS, QA, and all regulatory requirements in line with company systems.
• Monitoring progress, variations, and costs, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Supporting junior staff on-site and contributing to a positive team culture and ongoing business growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor
delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects, ideally within hospitality, clubs, or complex live environments.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.
