The Role:
Due to continued success, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage single storey builds across the Baldivis Region.
- Manage the construction of single-storey homes from start to completion
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials across multiple sites
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Maintain strong communication with clients, trades, and internal teams
- Conduct site inspections and manage quality control
- Update company systems and project documentation
- Resolve onsite issues and coordinate subcontractors effectively
- 2+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor with a WA residential builder
- Strong trade background highly regarded
- Positive and self-motivated attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites autonomously
- Secure role with a reputable residential builder
