The Company:
Established 15 years ago and a leading residential builder who have built a strong reputation for delivering unique, architecturally designed homes across Perth. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across the Central and Southern suburbs, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.
The Role:
- Supervise 15-20 homes across Central and South Perth
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction from groundworks through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
- Liaise with clients, head office staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Previous experience supervising residential builds (single or double-storey homes)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, WHS requirements and local building codes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to client interactions
- Ability to problem-solve and find practical solutions on-site
- Trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded
- Salary up to $120K + Super + Package(including vehicle, phone, etc.)
- Manage a manageable portfolio of 15-20 sites – focused on quality, not volume
