The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site supervision of a high-spec office fit out valued around $3M.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing site activities from start through to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors and driving programme
- Maintaining high standards of quality and finish
- Ensuring site safety and compliance at all times
- Managing deliveries, logistics and stakeholder communication
- Working closely with the client, consultants and project team
- Proven experience supervising commercial fit out projects
- Experience delivering high-end office or workplace interiors
- Strong understanding of finishes and attention to detail
- Ability to manage trades in fast-paced live environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Stable employment history within commercial construction
