SITE SUPERVISOR

With a reputation for excellence and an exclusive portfolio of award-winning projects, they are now on the hunt for a Site Supervisor who can bring their experience and passion for quality to the table.Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be overseeing the construction of architecturally designed luxury residences, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. These are once-in-a-lifetime builds, and we need someone who’s done it before and thrives in the high-end space.
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for your assigned project
- Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure works are progressing in line with the construction program and timelines
- Monitor site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce compliance with WHS regulations
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure all work is delivered to an impeccable standard
- Liaise daily with the Project Manager, architects, consultants, and clients
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards, and QBCC requirements.
- Proven experience supervising high-end custom builds valued at $5 million +
- Solid trade background, carpentry preferred
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is essential
- Eye for detail and a passion for architectural craftsmanship
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage trades, consultants, and clients
- Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications
