Site Supervisor

Investment and custom home building company who is fast-growing and focused on delivering high-quality homes across Sydney and Newcastle is looking for a Site Supervisor. The team is tight-knit, passionate, and committed to craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and building homes people love to live in. As they grow, they're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Site Supervisor to join their crew and help manage daily operations on multiple residential construction sites.

The role:

• Full site supervision of residential builds (Class 1) from groundworks to handover - KDR and investment homes 
• Coordinate and schedule trades, materials, and site activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
• Maintain WHS standards and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the internal team
• Assist with developing scheduling tools and processes in collaboration with the office team to support future systemisation.
• Flexibility to travel between Sydney and Newcastle regions as required
• Provide weekly progress updates with photos and reporting to management.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supervising residential construction projects —across HIA contracts, volume builds, or custom homes
• In-depth knowledge of NCC/BCA regulations, industry standards, and confident coordination of trades and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, WHS compliance, and scope identification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites with strong organisation, foresight, and follow-through.
• Comfortable with digital systems — including ERP platforms, mobile
  documentation, and daily site reporting
• A mindset of ownership and accountability — you spot issues early and take pride in resolving them quickly
• Passionate about quality, safety, and the client experience.
• White Card and relevant construction/building qualifications

• Must - Certificate IV in Building and Construction and Qualified Supervisor Certificate
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
