We’re working with a leading civil contractor seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor
to lead day-to-day site operations across a range of infrastructure and land development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site works and ensure safety, quality, and compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, machinery, and materials
- Maintain daily site records and report to the Project Manager
- Drive project timelines and productivity
- Ensure adherence to SWMS and site safety regulations
- Proven supervisory experience in civil construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of roadworks, earthworks, or subdivision projects
- Relevant tickets and licences (e.g., White Card, MR/HR, etc.)
- Reputable civil contractor with a steady pipeline of work
